  The Asahi Glass Foundation held the 25h Blue Planet Prize Ceremony at the Palace Hotel Tokyo on Nobember 16, 2016.
  The recipients of the award this year were Mr. Pavan Sukhdev of India and Professor Markus Borner  of Switzerland.

  Award winners received the Blue Planet Prize trophy from Chairman Ishimura.
