  The Asahi Glass Foundation held the 24th Blue Planet Prize Ceremony at the Palace Hotel Tokyo on October 14, 2015.
  The recipients of the award this year were Professor Sir Partha Dasgupta FBA FRS of UK, and Professor Jeffrey D. Sachs of the United States.

  Award winners received the Blue Planet Prize trophy from Chairman Ishimura.
