  2015 Blue Planet Prize Commemorative Lectures held
  
  On October 15, the award recipients delivered commemorative lectures at U Thant International Conference Hall at the United Nations University in Tokyo.
  
  

  At first, Professor Sir Partha Dasgupta FBA FRS presented a lecture entitled "Sustainable Development and the Wealth of Nations,". Then Professor Jeffrey D. Sachs gave a lecture, "MEETING THE CHALLENGE OF　THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS,"

  

  After the break, Panel discassion and Q&A session coordinated by Dr. Ayumi Onuma, Professor of Economics; Keio University, Mr. Takejiro Sueyoshi; Special Advisor to The UNEP Finance Initiative was carried out.
